If you have moved to a new  gym that also uses BoxMate and would like to transfer your BoxMate account to the new gym we simply require you to send an email to support@boxmateapp.co.uk from your BoxMate registered account including:

Your Full Account Name

Your Current Registered Gym

The New Gym

Once this email has been received we can begin the process of transferring your account across to the new gym along with all your previous records and reconnecting your TeamUp account if applicable.
