For the good majority of BoxMate members, they will also have a TeamUp account, this article is for you.

*For anyone whose gym does not use TeamUp you will need to get in touch with one of your coaching team directly to cancel a membership.*

With all memberships and payments being handled through TeamUp directly this is where you will need to go to cancel your membership. Firstly head over to https://goteamup.com/ and log into your TeamUp account.

Once logged in click the "My Account" tab (as shown below)

On the "My Account" page then select the "My Memberships" tab (as shown below)

Here you will see a full list of all purchased memberships associated with your account. Click "View Details" on the membership you would like to delete to be taken to that memberships page

On that memberships page, you will see the option to "Cancel Membership" (as shown below)

Click this will cancel your membership and payments.

To check which active memberships you have, head over to the TeamUp tab inside of BoxMate and scroll down to "Active Memberships" (as shown below)
