THIS FEATURE IS CURRENTLY IN PREVIEW MODE.

Thank you for testing the new campaigns feature. After the full launch of DRIVE this will be a paid feature only accessible on this tier.

Watch a video of this feature!

Head to CRM > Campaigns to open up your campaign builder

From here, you'll still have access to all our standard links for website/ facebook and Instagram that you have on the basic 'Engage' package of BoxMate so that you can track where leads are coming to you from.

But now you also have the functionality on DRIVE to build out custom campaigns.

From the right hand side under 'Custom Campaigns & Sources' click 'Add Custom' and this will open up a pop up for you to build out your campaign.

From the pop up you can then build out the campaign you are creating. In the below example, we are advertising a brand new Women's Yoga class we have started at the gym. So we've added that as our title, a 'slug' will be automatically generated below and this is what will show to the customer in the URL.

We've then also set some ideal goals for this campaign of what we'd love to see happen. We could leave those blank, but if you fill in these goals it will bring you back some interesting data from the insights page.

So here we've just said it would be amazing to get to 30 visitors on our campaign, have 25 of those 30 register their interest at the gym, convert 20 of those into a trial and get 10 converted customers onto our yoga course from that.

Once you've created the campaign this will now show in the list view.

Now, we want to start driving some traffic through to this campaign so we can attract our new customers to the gym & keep a close eye on how the campaign is performing.

So, we now want to create a unique landing page to drive these customers towards who are part of our campaign.

Under CRM head to 'Configure'

From the tile in the top left, click 'Manage Landing Page'

And then click 'Campaigns' to open up the drop down of all the campaigns you've created.

Select 'Womens' Yoga' from the dropdown and here you can build out a custom landing page for this campaign.

So, we will want to be adding information and questions specific to our Womens Yoga offering at the gym as in the example below:

You can then add in a 'Banner Image' to display on the landing page too.

Once you're happy make sure to click to 'Save Config' at the top of the page and then you can preview your new landing page like in the examples below on phone/ browser.

Now we have built out the landing page for this campaign, we can navigate back to CRM > Campaigns

Next to our Women's Yoga Campaign we have some actions we can use. The 3 dots will let you update or delete the campaign and to get the links for this campaign you can click the link button next to it which will bring up 3 options.

Copy the link you want to use - standard to go on your website if this campaign is being promoted there, or the social links and paste them into the relevant places. E.g into your website code (you can embed a landing page too), or onto your Instagram bio / link tree OR behind a custom AD button for a paid campaign etc.

Once you have traffic starting to come through the landing page, they will come into your CRM 'Leads' area and clearly show there which campaign they have come through from.

You can click the middle button to view the campaign and this will take you through to the full insights page (image below)

Here we have some mocked up data from the campaign we have just created.

The Visitors graph will clearly show you an overview of where your leads are coming from e.g website/ facebook/ instagram and when they came in. For this campaign it went live today (April 22nd) so we can see all our leads have come in in April so far.

The 4 info boxes below the graph will give you some interesting stats on how your campaign is doing. If you set up goals for yourself then you will see a progress chart underneath each of the boxes for how well the campaign is performing vs how you projected it would.

Visitors -

Unique visitors means the number of different people who saw and clicked the link through this campaign to your CRM landing page

Total visitors means the total amount of times this link was clicked - this number could include stats of the same person who has clicked through multiple times.

Registrations -

This number will show you the total amount of people who actually followed the CRM form through and registered their details with you to become a lead in your system

Trials -

This number will show how many of the leads that came through then started a trial with you

Conversions -

This will show how many of the leads that came through this campaign converted to a full customer with you

These graphs are perfect for keeping an eye on your on-boarding processes and seeing which parts of your on-boarding funnel you are losing the most potential customers.

Do you get lots of new leads signing up through your CRM form but then hardly any starting trials? Why could this be? Do you need to change to a free drop in? Give more options for trial packages?

Do you get lots of customers starting trials with you but not many then going onto become full customers? What's happening when they're in trial, is a coach reaching out to them personally to check-in? What could be improved here etc.

Leads List -

You then have the leads list which will show you all the leads who have come through this campaign with clear indications of which leads are in trial/ converted too.

So this is how creating custom campaigns inside BoxMate DRIVE works.

Where this now gets even more helpful is when we combine this with our CRM journeys and automations.

With a CRM journey, you can create a custom set of automated messages and check points for any leads that come through this specific campaign.

For example, we can have a custom journey type called 'Women's Yoga' that funnels every lead that comes through this landing page and automatically sends them out a bespoke set of emails, in-app messages and assigns coaches to do in-person check ins based on set delay times/ criteria you've designed.

To see the full guide on setting up Journeys and Automations (with custom campaigns) see the article here.

Your feedback is so valuable to us and we'd really appreciate you sharing any initial thoughts/ issues you encounter while setting up campaigns.
