Using Percentage Targets in Workouts

Percentage targets allow you to prescribe personalised working weights for each member based on their previous scores or PBs. Instead of assigning fixed male and female weights, you can prescribe a percentage of a member's maximum lift

How to Add a Percentage Target:

  1. Open the Workout Builder and build your workout as normal.

  2. Next to the movement you want to personalise, click the Workout Target button.

  3. Search for the movement you want to base the target on (for example, Thruster).

  4. Enter the percentage you want members to work at (for example, 50%).

  5. Click Add.

The target will now be attached to that movement within the workout.

What Members See:

For members who have previously logged a score or PB for the selected movement, the workout details will display a calculated target weight.

For example:

  • Member A has a Thruster PB of 80kg → Suggested workout weight: 40kg

  • Member B has a Thruster PB of 60kg → Suggested workout weight: 30kg

If a member has never logged a score for that movement, the target will display as Unset.

Because of this, it's recommended to include suggested average or beginner weights in the workout notes for newer members who may not yet have performance data recorded.

Adding Multiple Targets

You can add multiple percentage targets to a workout. This allows you to assign targets to different movements or even apply multiple percentage targets to the same movement at different stages of a workout.

Each target must be added individually using the Workout Target button next to the relevant movement.

❗️Important❗️

The order of targets shown in the Targets window matches the target placeholders displayed within the workout details.

These placeholders must remain in place for the personalised target calculations to display correctly, so avoid removing or reordering them unless you are intentionally updating the associated targets.
