CRM | Managing & Viewing Automations

This guide will cover viewing your existing automations and the actions/views available.

From the automation displayed, click on an existing one's name/text to go through to the editor and make changes. You can also access quick actions:

Quick Actions

Toggle - quickly enable or disable the automation.

Duplicate - open the editor with the automation details pre-filled to make changes and then save as a new automation.

Manual Send - Choose yourself or an individual lead to run this automation against manually; this triggers the next minute.

View Scheduled - Loads the scheduled automations page, where you can view and filter all automations.

View Options

Changing Views - The toggle at the top of the page offers 2 views where you can view automations listed in order of journey, possession or flow view, which is a funnel-style display.

Filtering Journeys - You can filter automations displayed by selecting Filter from the menu, then selecting the criteria you want to filter by. This will show a dynamic journey for leads who matched the selected criteria.


Scheduled Automations

Select Scheduled from the menu to the left of Add New to view a list of all automations that have been sent or are scheduled to be sent and their status. You can also click through from an individual automation to filter for only the selected.

Automation Options

Retry - The retry button on each automation lets you trigger the automation again for that lead.

Preview - Click to view what will be sent as part of the automation.

Cancel Automation - Delete the automation and stop it from triggering/sending.
