By connecting Zapier to your Facebook Lead Ads and your BoxMate CRM, you can automatically bring leads from your META ad campaigns straight into BoxMate. This removes the need to manually enter lead information and ensures every new lead is captured instantly.

🚨 Before You Start
Before setting up the Zapier integration, you need two things in place:
A Zapier account - Because Facebook Leads is a premium feature in Zapier, you will need a paid Zapier plan. Sign up or log in to Zapier.
A Facebook Ad with a Lead Form - You must have already created the Facebook Ad and the accompanying lead form that you will use to drive leads to your BoxMate CRM.
1️⃣ Step 1 - Join BoxMate's Zapier Integration
Click the link below to accept BoxMate's Zapier integration invite. Make sure you are logged into your BoxMate admin account.
Click Accept Invite & Build a Zap to join the integration. You will be redirected to the main Zapier dashboard.
2️⃣ Step 2 - Create the Zap & Set Up the Trigger
From Zapier, click Create ➜ New Zap. This opens the Zap creation page where you will configure the Facebook trigger and the BoxMate action.

Click on Trigger and search for Facebook Lead Ads.
Select Facebook Lead Ads to set it as the trigger. Under Account, click Connect new Account and log in to your Facebook account to link it.
Click Trigger event and select New Lead. Click Continue.
Under Page, click Choose Value and select your Facebook account. Under Form, select the ad form you have already created (e.g. "CoachAI interest form"). Click Continue.
Optionally click Test Trigger to pull in an existing lead from your ad to test with. Select a lead and click Continue with selected record.
3️⃣ Step 3 - Split the Name Field with AI
Facebook Lead Ads capture a single "Full Name" field, but BoxMate's CRM requires separate first and last name fields. Use Zapier's AI step to split this automatically.

From the next step pop-up, select AI by Zapier.
With Custom Prompt and GPT-4o mini selected, click Input Fields. Type Full Name into the Field Name. Click the plus next to Field Value and select FULL NAME from the Facebook lead data. Save.
In the prompt, type Split into first and last name, then click Generate from prompt. This creates two separate output fields.
Optionally click Generate a preview on the right to confirm the output looks correct, then click the arrow next to Next Step to continue.
4️⃣ Step 4 - Connect BoxMate & Map Fields
Now add BoxMate as the final step in the Zap to send the lead data into your CRM.

Click the plus button under the main journey and select Add Step. Search for BoxMate and select it.
Click Action Event and choose Create Lead. Under Account, click Connect a New Account. You will be redirected to BoxMate - click Authorise, then you will be taken back to Zapier. Select your BoxMate account and click Continue.
Now map the fields. For First Name and Last Name, click the plus button and select Analyze and return data in AI, then choose First name and Last name respectively from the AI output fields. For Email and Phone, select them directly from the Facebook Lead Ads data.
5️⃣ Step 5 - Test & Publish
With all fields mapped, test the integration and then publish it to go live.

Click Test Step to send the test lead to your BoxMate CRM.
Check your BoxMate CRM — the test lead should appear with a clear tag showing it came from Zapier.
Once you are happy with the information being pulled through, click Publish in Zapier. Your Zap is now live and will automatically pull leads from your Facebook ad into your BoxMate CRM.
