📝 Overview

Once you have built your CRM automations, this page is where you manage them — toggling them on and off, duplicating, sending manually, and monitoring what has been scheduled or sent. You can view automations in a list or flow view and filter by journey criteria.

💡 For a full guide on creating automations, see CRM | Building Automations.

⚡ Quick Actions

From the automation list, click on an automation's name to open the editor and make changes. You can also access the following quick actions from each automation entry.

Click the arrow to view all quick actions

Toggle — Quickly enable or disable the automation.

Duplicate — Opens the editor with the automation details pre-filled so you can make changes and save as a new automation.

Manual Send — Choose yourself or an individual lead to run this automation against manually. It triggers within the next minute.

View Scheduled — Loads the scheduled automations page where you can view and filter all automations that have been sent or are pending.

📝 View Options

The automations page offers two view modes and filtering options to help you visualise and navigate your automation journeys.

Click the arrow to learn about views and filtering

Changing Views — Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch between a list view (automations ordered by journey position) and a flow view (a funnel-style visual display).

Filtering Journeys — Select Filter from the menu, then choose the criteria you want to filter by. This shows a dynamic journey for leads who matched the selected criteria.

📊 Scheduled Automations

Select Scheduled from the menu (to the left of Add New) to view a list of all automations that have been sent or are scheduled to be sent, along with their status. You can also click through from an individual automation to filter for only that automation's activity.

Click the arrow to learn about scheduled automation options

Retry — Re-triggers the automation for that specific lead.

Preview — View what will be sent as part of the automation.

Cancel Automation — Deletes the scheduled automation and stops it from triggering or sending.
