📝 Overview
CompTrain is a programming provider available through the BoxMate Marketplace. Once subscribed, you can preview and download CompTrain sessions directly into your BoxMate programming calendar.
If you already have an existing CompTrain subscription, reach out to support@boxmateapp.co.uk and the team can add it to your account.

🛠️ Setup
Follow the steps below to subscribe to CompTrain and get programming into your calendar.
🔔 How to Subscribe to CompTrain
Head to Programming ➜ Marketplace from the sidebar menu in your Admin Area, or access it directly here. Find the CompTrain listing and click More Info and Purchase to view the full programme page.
On the programme page, review the details then click Sign Up Now — choosing either the yearly or monthly payment option. A pop-up will open for you to enter your card details for the subscription.
After entering your card details, click Subscribe. If successful, you'll be taken back to the Marketplace page where CompTrain will show as active in your installation.
⬇️ How to Download CompTrain Programming
With your subscription active, you can now download CompTrain sessions to your BoxMate calendar. The Weeks view lets you preview the programming before downloading.
From the sidebar menu, head to Weeks
Across the top, click Downloads — you'll see the CompTrain track listed here
Click the track to load a preview of that week into your weekly calendar
When you're ready to download, click Download Week at the bottom of any session day
A download pop-up will appear with a few more options for where and when to add the programming.
The date and programme will pre-fill based on the week you're currently viewing, but you can change both here.
You can also choose to offset the programming — running sessions 1–4 weeks behind the release date rather than in sync with it. Once configured, click Download and the programming will populate the selected week. You can make edits to any sessions after downloading.
🛑 How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel, head back to Programming ➜ Marketplace, find the CompTrain listing, and click Manage Subscription in the top right. From there you can click to cancel your subscription.
