Thank you for being an early tester of the DRIVE preview. It will be FREE use of the features throughout the preview.
You have unlimited access to all areas of BoxMate including the newest Drive tier and unlimited usage for CoachAI as part of this preview.
1. Head to your dashboard and click to go to the preview. From the pop up, you'll be asked to enable Coach AI and DRIVE and accept the terms and conditions to gain access.
2. Next, head to the CoachAI configure page to set up CoachAI to work how you want it to in your gym. The full instructions on how to do this can be found below in the CoachAI guide.
Your feedback is really important to us to help us shape the features - you'll find feedback request areas throughout the app, or you can email us or come through to the chat inbox from the bottom right hand corner as you normally would to let us know of any issues/ thoughts.

We would like you to test CoachAI in all areas of BoxMate - across the Business Health dashboard, member profiles, programming, writing news posts and also on the CRM. CRM Journeys and Automations
