THIS FEATURE IS CURRENTLY IN PREVIEW - Any quirks/ issues or thoughts you have on using this feature are very useful to us. Please provide feedback.

The Content Lab is you go to place for creating anything you need to use outside of BoxMate. So, any policy documents, web pages, blog posts, social media posts of accompanying images and more...

This area is very simple to use, but to give you a brief overview:

Make sure you have read/ skimmed both the guides below to get set up on DRIVE and Coach AI:

Guide One - Main Preview Guide

Guide Two - Coach AI Guide

Once Drive and CoachAI are enabled, you can go to: Coach AI > Lab

In the top right you will see a tutorial/ loom video which walks you through the key steps of the Content Lab - this article also covers those steps below:

You'll see a text box where you can type in your prompt for what it is you are wanting to create. Across the top tabs you can select social media/ email/ blog/ policy etc so that the lab knows which style you want to write in.

You'll also see a range of 'floating' suggestions to quickly tap to create the document / policy/ email etc.

So for example, clicking 'Create a Drop In Policy For the Gym' will do just that for you. You can then read over and review what the lab brings you back. You can click to edit to make changes to the document before you use it.

And then you have some quick actions like 'copy' to copy the text to use externally, or save to your library of content in CoachAI.

The AI image will generate a supporting image to go with this content.

The TeamUp Pink Policy button will be coming soon and will allow you to create this as a policy inside TeamUp.

Or you can type your own prompts into the text box - for example:

It will know you want this in a social media style caption as this has been selected, then simply click the AI image generator for a supporting image.

In the text box you will see the 'Add Source' button with the below drop downs: Website, URL, Text:

By selecting website - you will already have put your URL link into CoachAI when setting up, so the content lab will know to get it's information for this post / document/ content from your website.

By clicking URL this will bring up a pop up for you to paste an external URL. This will allow you to paste in a webpage that you want the content lab to read before generating your content so it's getting the accurate information you need.

And 'Add Text' will bring up a similar pop up to allow you to paste in a body of text that you want the Content Lab to learn from and use. As mentioned in the disclaimer, this must be text/ URL you have permission to use or a public page/ text.

Any content you create in the lab can be saved into your CoachAI library for you to find again and use in the future.
