📝 Overview
Content Lab is your go-to place inside CoachAI for creating ready-to-use content for your gym. Whether you need a drop-in policy, a social media caption, a blog post, or an AI-generated image, the Lab can handle it. You can use the built-in suggestion tiles to get started quickly, or type your own prompts to generate exactly what you need.
To access Content Lab, navigate to Coach AI ➜ Lab.
💡 In the top right corner of Content Lab you will find a tutorial video that walks you through the key steps, it's a great starting point if this is your first time using the Lab.
🛠️ Using Content Lab
There are two main ways to generate content in the Lab: using the suggestion tiles or typing your own prompt. Both approaches produce content you can review, edit, copy, or save to your CoachAI library.
Using Suggestion Tiles
The floating tiles beneath the text box are pre-built suggestions you can tap to instantly generate a piece of content. These are useful if you want to test the Lab or need inspiration for what to create for your gym.
For example, clicking Create a Drop In Policy For the Gym will generate a policy document for you. Once the Lab returns the content you can review it and click to edit before you use it.
You will then see quick actions including Copy (to copy the text for use externally) and options to save the content to your CoachAI library. The AI Image option will generate a supporting image to go alongside the content.
Using Your Own Prompts
You can also type your own prompt directly into the text box. Use the content type tabs across the top to select the style or format of what you are creating — for example, selecting Social Media before typing your prompt tells the Lab you want a social media-style caption.
Once you have selected your content type and typed your prompt, click the generate button and the Lab will create the content for you. You can then use the AI image generator to produce a supporting image if needed.
Adding a Source
Inside the text box you will see an Add Source button. This lets you point the Lab to specific information before it generates content, ensuring the output is accurate and relevant to your gym. There are three source options:

Website - When you set up your CoachAI configuration you will have added your website URL. Selecting this source tells the Lab to draw information from your own website when generating content.
URL - This brings up a pop-up where you can paste in any external webpage you want the Lab to read before generating content. For example, you could paste in a page from a third-party event website so the Lab has accurate information about that event before writing a post about it.
Add Text - This brings up a pop-up where you can paste in a body of text you want the Lab to learn from and use. As noted in the disclaimer, only use text or URLs that you have permission to use or that come from a public page.
📝 Saving to Your Library
Any content you create in Content Lab can be saved to your CoachAI library so you can find it again and use it in the future. Use the save option that appears alongside the generated content after each piece is created.
