BoxMate includes a built-in library of short video tutorials that help you find your way around the app. You can access the library from the Support page and search or scroll through tutorials covering the most common tasks and features.

Follow the steps below to find the How Do I library in the BoxMate app.

From the Homepage of the app, tap the burger menu in the top left (or swipe right) and select Support.
Tap How Do I Library to open the video tutorial collection.
Scroll or search through the library to find the tutorial you need.
