📝 Overview
Keeping your BoxMate app up to date ensures you have the latest features and bug fixes. If you are experiencing issues, such as problems booking or cancelling classes, updating to the latest version will often resolve them.
There are two steps:
updating through your device's app store.
checking for in-app updates.
1️⃣ Step 1 - Update From the App Store
Go to your phone's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for BoxMate Member. If an update is available, the button will say Update.
If you are already on the latest version, it will say Open.
⚠️ Make sure you have downloaded the app called BoxMate Member - not an older version simply called "BoxMate".
2️⃣ Step 2 - Check for In-App Updates
After updating from the app store, open BoxMate and check for any additional in-app updates.

🔔 Once both steps are complete you are on the latest version of BoxMate with the newest fixes applied.

Why are there two update steps?

The app store update installs the latest version of the app itself. The in-app update applies additional fixes and configuration changes that are delivered separately. Both steps are needed to ensure you are fully up to date.
I still see "BoxMate" instead of "BoxMate Member". Is that okay?

The older version called "BoxMate" may still be on the app store. Make sure you have downloaded BoxMate Member and are running the latest version of it.
