To access TeamUp Perform, you simply need to have a customer account at a facility using TeamUp with an active membership purchased. Once you have these things follow the steps below, if you don't - head to your gym's website or speak to a coach to get started with an account and membership.

Head to the app store and search "Perform" or use the link here to go straight to your App Store: https://app.boxmateapp.co.uk

Later this year Perform will be renamed in the app store to Perform.

1) Hit the main login button on the home screen.

2) Enter your TeamUp account details.

3) Check the box next to your profile and Authorise.

4) Select your Profile/Facility from the list (This will show all gyms you have interacted with before using your account on TeamUp - it does not mean you currently have an active membership and will be allowed access)

5) If you have an active membership at the gym that is set to allow access, you will be logged into Perform.

If your TeamUp profile linked to a facility is a family account, there is an additional step to access Perform and some additional information to note below.

After selecting the Profile/Facility in step 4 above, select the customer account from the list of family members shown.

Currently, you can still login using your existing BoxMate email address using either password or magic link. This will be around for a short while before replacing with the TeamUp login as the only option.

If your TeamUp login isn't working, head to www.goteamup.com and use the login as a test of the account, and if still not working, follow the steps to reset/recover the account.

If when you login a new account is being created, don't panic - simply contact us and we can remove the account and merge it after verifying ownership.
