📝 Overview
If you are signed up to the BoxMate Sites package and have a custom-designed website, you can manage dynamic content sections, such as coaches and testimonials, directly from your admin panel using the BoxMate CMS (Content Management System).
Any changes you make are instantly reflected on your live website.
💡 This feature is available to BoxMate customers on the Sites package. If you are not sure whether Sites is included in your subscription, contact the BoxMate team via the support widget.
🛠️ Accessing Your Website Hub
The website hub is not yet visible from the sidebar in your admin dashboard. Until its official release and sidebar visibility, you can access it directly using the button below.
⚠️ Use the link below to access your website hub while it is in pre-release. It will be accessible from the sidebar once officially launched.
🛠️ Managing Coaches & Testimonials
From the website hub you can add, edit, and remove the coaches and testimonials that appear on your live website. All changes take effect immediately after saving.
Adding Coaches & Testimonials
To add a new entry, click the green plus button in the top right corner of either the Coaches or Testimonials section. A pop-up will appear where you can enter all the required details, including an image. Once saved, the Sites page will refresh to show the new entry and your live website will update automatically.
Editing Coaches & Testimonials
To edit an existing coach or testimonial, locate the entry and click the action button to the right (the three dots). Select Edit from the options. The pop-up will reopen with the existing content pre-filled so you can make your changes and save. Updates are reflected on your live website immediately.
Removing Coaches & Testimonials
To remove an entry from your live website, locate it and click the action button to the right (the three dots). Select Remove from the options. This will delete the content from the CMS and remove it from your live website.
💡 The CMS functionality relies on your website's code being structured to support it.
If changes made in the CMS are not reflected on your live website as expected, contact the BoxMate team at support@boxmateapp.co.uk — some adjustments may be needed on our end.

Yes. Once you save a change in the CMS, it is reflected on your live website immediately. If you notice a delay or a change is not appearing, contact the BoxMate team as some website structures may require adjustments on the BoxMate side.
Can I manage content other than coaches and testimonials?
