Once your prospective coach has registered for the BoxMate app, they will automatically appear in your account as a member. You can find them in your member list within the admin area.
Step 1: Locate the Member
Navigate to Members > Member List
Use the search bar at the top to find your coach by name
Step 2: Promote to Coach
Once you’ve found the member, click the three grey dots under the Actions column
From the dropdown menu, select “Promote to Coach.”
Step 3: Assign Permissions
Head to the Administrators section
Select the newly promoted coach’s account
Toggle on the relevant permissions to control what features they can access within BoxMate and the app
