📝 Overview
When a prospective coach registers for the BoxMate app, they'll automatically appear in your account as a member.
To give them coach-level access, you'll need to promote them from your member list and then configure their permissions in the Administrators section. This only takes a few steps and can be updated at any time.
🛠️ Setup
Follow the three steps below to promote a member to a coach and assign their access.
1️⃣ Locate the Member
Head to Members ➜ Member List and use the search bar at the top to find your coach by name.
2️⃣ Promote to Coach
Once you've found the member, click the three grey dots in the Actions column ➜ select Promote to Coach from the dropdown menu.
3️⃣ Assign Permissions
Head to the Administrators section ➜ select the newly promoted coach's account ➜ toggle on the relevant permissions to control which features they can access within BoxMate and the app.
🔔 That's it — your coach now has access based on the permissions you've assigned.
You can return to the Administrators section at any time to update their permissions.
