There are a few reasons that your app may not show the programming correctly, in this article we will help you get to the bottom of it and get you back viewing sessions and logging scores πͺπΌ
If your programming was all fine one day and automatically the next day (or after an update) is not, there may be an issue with your primary programme - heres how to check and the fix β¬οΈ
From the home tab tap the BoxMate logo at the top of the page and then scroll to and tap preferences. From there scroll to Default Programme under App Configuration.
If you see here that the space to the right of the default programme is blank then your app is set to a programme that no longer exists or another issue has caused the default programme to be corrupted.
Tap the default programme option in the list to show available programmes in a pop up list and then select your primary programme.
Next to finalise this new programme selection you need to reset the app to force it to remember the new programme you selected (we store this in the app to load faster). To do this, close preferences and from the home screen tap the BoxMate logo at the top then scroll to and tap Reset and confirm.
Finally, force close your app down completely and re open (a normal minimise and open wont work). Heres links to how to do this if you arent sure:
